DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. GENERAL

  • 1.1. BLINK TECHNOLOGIES FZCO (“Tradeling”, “we”, “us” or “our”), having its registered address at office 501, 9W-A, Dubai Airport Freezone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is managing and operating the website www.hugoboss.ae (collectively referred to as the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Store), through which it inter alia facilitates the sale and purchase of apparel, accessories, innerwear, and other products (“Products”) to the users of the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Store (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”) .
  • 1.2. This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms available here: T&Cs), sets out our policies and procedures towards delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Store.
  • 1.3. We provide shipping and delivery of our Products all over the UAE. We aim to provide the best customer experience for you by tying up and partnering with leading logistics service providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience in receiving the Product that you have ordered from the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Store. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Products are delivered to you in a timely fashion.
  • 1.4. By agreeing to use the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Store and/ or purchasing a Product on the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Store, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy every time you visit the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Store. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access or transact on the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Store.

2. TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • 2.1. We shall provide the details of the shipping status along with the tracking. The shipping and delivery of any Product(s) purchased by you on the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Store at the time such Product is processed and successfully handed over to our delivery associate (DA). Our standard delivery options vary between same-day and next-day deliveries, depending on the date and time of order on the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Store. The estimated delivery timeline is notified to you on the order confirmation page at the time of order confirmation. We will also share details about your orders pursuant to their dispatch on the e-mail ID and/or mobile number provided by you/registered with us. You agree and understand that though we effectuate Product delivery to the Users through our delivery associates, we reserve the right to ship and deliver the Products through any of our Logistic Partners or third-party service providers.
  • 2.2. You agree and understand that though we endeavour to ship and deliver our Products only to addresses within the UAE, we may, at our sole discretion, determine a select list of areas which are unserviceable for delivery of Products. In the event we have deemed an area unserviceable, we shall notify such a user at the time of placing an order.
  • 2.3. You agree to provide accurate and complete shipping details, including your name, address, landmarks, and contact information, at the time of placing an order. We shall not be liable for failure of delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
  • 2.4. We will attempt to deliver the purchased Product to your designated address within the estimated timeline of delivery notified to you. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful, and you remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process the return of such a Product. IF APPLICABLE, we further reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges borne by us while processing any refunds after such cancellation.
  • 2.5. While we make efforts to deliver Products within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to:
    • 2.5.1. Logistical issue beyond our control
    • 2.5.2. Unsuitable weather conditions
    • 2.5.3. Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts etc.
    • 2.5.4. Force majeure - such as floods, earthquake etc.
    • 2.5.5. Other unforeseeable circumstances
  • 2.6. Once you place an order on the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Store, we process such an order and hand over the purchased Product to our delivery associate or Logistic Partner. The User will receive a unique tracking identity number once the purchased Product is handed over to the Logistics Partner, which will enable the User to track the status of delivery of the purchased Products. The User may use the tracking identity number on the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Store or the website and/or the mobile application of the Logistic Partner to check the status and location of the purchased Product and its estimated time of delivery.
  • 2.7. We reserve the right to charge or collect shipping fees on Products from time to time. Shipping charges may vary based on the value of the Product, type of Product, area of delivery, payment mechanism, etc. The calculated shipping charges will be charged at the time of check out of your order.
  • Return of purchased Products is facilitated through our reverse-Logistics network. On receipt of request for return of Product on the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Store and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-Logistics routes delivery associates shall get in touch with you to collect the purchased Products from you. We process returns and exchanges of purchased Products in accordance with our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
