HUGO BOSS Al Futtaim UAE Trading LLC, Level 25,28,29, Al Futtaim Tower, PO Box 214981, Dubai Festival City, the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter “HUGO BOSS” or “we”) operates the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account (hereinafter “HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account”). HUGO BOSS reserves the right to operate the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account in joint responsibility with HUGO BOSS AG, Holy-Allee 3, 72555 Metzingen, Germany (hereinafter “HUGO BOSS AG”), or to have it operated solely by HUGO BOSS AG.
In the following privacy policy, we provide you with information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, according to Art. 13 Federal Decree by Law No. (45) of 2021 on Personal Data Protection of the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter “PDPL”) about the data controller processing your personal data and the processing of your personal data in connection with the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account.
The UAE Online Account is provided as a service by the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Store, which can be accessed via www.hugoboss.ae. It is hereinafter referred to as “Participating Store”. HUGO BOSS reserves the right to add more participating stores, particularly the brick-and-mortar retail stores in the United Arab Emirates, the European Union (hereinafter “EU”), Switzerland, and Norway (hereinafter “Brick-and-Mortar Retail Stores”) operated by HUGO BOSS AG, companies affiliated to HUGO BOSS AG or other companies within the consolidation scope of HUGO BOSS AG.
