TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE HUGO BOSS UAE ONLINE ACCOUNT

1. Registration of a HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account and scope of application
1.1. HUGO BOSS Al Futtaim UAE Trading LLC, Level 25,28,29, Al Futtaim Tower, PO Box
214981, Dubai Festival City, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter “HUGO BOSS” or “we”)
operates the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account in the online store available under
www.hugoboss.ae) (hereinafter “HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account”). To
register
for a HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account, the Customer must accept the following Terms
and Conditions for the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account (hereinafter “Terms and
Conditions”) during the registration process. The following Terms and Conditions apply
exclusively to the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account and do not affect the terms and
conditions for participating as a member in HUGO BOSS Experience Programme in the United Arab
Emirates.
1.2. The registration of a HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account is free of charge.
1.3. HUGO BOSS provides all HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account services, offers and
content (hereinafter “Account Benefits”) exclusively based on these Terms and
Conditions and solely in the online store available under www.hugoboss.ae.
1.4. Providing our contractual services of the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account requires
data transfer of personal master data and transaction data, including cross-border data
transfers to our service providers.
2. Registration
2.1. Any natural person who has reached the age of legal majority (hereinafter “Customer”)
may register for a HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account. The age of majority is determined
by the regulations of the country in which the registration takes place.
2.2. The registration for the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account is performed by completing
the digital registration form in the Online Store available under www.hugoboss.ae,
whereby specific mandatory information must be given and optional information can
already be submitted in accordance with instructions given on the digital registration
form.
2.3. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide correct mandatory information and contact
details at the time of registration and to keep those details up to date after the
Registration has been successfully completed. HUGO BOSS can never be held
responsible for failure to perform or improper performance due to incorrect information
from the customer.
2.4. By submitting the registration form, the Customer confirms that he/she has read and
accepted the Terms and Conditions.
2.5. Registration is complete when the customer clicks the 'Sign Up' button and confirms the
double opt-in email, which is sent out automatically after clicking the button “create account”.
2.6. After completed registration, a welcome message, as well as a personal HUGO BOSS UAE
Online Account ID, will be sent by email, post, or SMS, depending on the communication
channels
offered by HUGO BOSS and selected by the Customer. The HUGO BOSS UAE Online
Account ID is personalised and not transferable.
2.7. The welcome message sent by HUGO BOSS to the registered Customer constitutes the
conclusion of a legally binding contract between the registered Customer and HUGO
BOSS. Please note that there is no legal entitlement to acceptance of the registration for a
HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account. Subject to compliance with applicable law, HUGO
BOSS reserves the right to refuse, suspend or close the HUGO BOSS UAE Online
Account to any person for any reasonable reason.
2.8. The customer may register for a HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account only once. HUGO
BOSS reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
However, registering for a HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account does not exclude
registration for participation in the HUGO BOSS Experience Programme.
2.9. Registration for a HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account and any granted Account Benefit
must be used for personal purposes only.
3. Benefits of the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account
As a registered Customer, you will have access to the Benefits described below:
3.1. Order Tracking
You will be able to monitor the status of your online store orders made on
www.hugoboss.ae in real time.
3.2. Wishlist & Favorites
When logged in during shopping, you can save your desired items for future reference.
3.3. Purchase history
The HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account provides you with a history of all online
purchases made within the last 24 months.
3.4. Special Promotions & Updates
Based on your personal preferences, you will receive regular information about special
promotions and new product releases.
3.5. Personalized information and invitations
Based on the information stored in our customer database, we offer you personalised
news, product recommendations, and other relevant updates, ensuring you stay
informed about the latest trends and exclusive releases. You will receive invitations to
private shopping experiences, priority access to new collections, and early previews of
limited-edition drops, each carefully tailored to your personal preferences. We will also
keep you up to date on the latest HUGO BOSS collections, fashion shows, sports
collaborations, lifestyle events, and exclusive brand initiatives, giving you insider access
to the world of HUGO BOSS.
4. HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account basics
4.1. In your UAE Online Account you can manage your personal details, update your
preferences, and tailor your experience to suit your style and shopping habits. You have
full control over your ‘master' data, including contact information and saved addresses,
making checkout faster and more seamless. You can also select your preferred
communication channels to receive personalised information and invitations from HUGO
BOSS.
4.2. You will receive access to private offers and exclusive promotions directly within
your Online Account. If you have provided communication consent, we will additionally
send you invitations to special events, private shopping experiences, and tailored
promotions based on your interests and shopping behaviour.
Your Customer Account allows you to store multiple delivery addresses, ensuring a
smooth ordering experience. Once logged in, your saved information will automatically
populate during checkout, making the Online Store order process as convenient as
possible.
4.3. Your Customer Account also provides an overview of your purchase history in the
Online Store only, allowing you to track past transactions easily. To further enhance your
shopping experience, you can create and manage preferences for specific HUGO BOSS
brands, sizes, and product categories. These preferences allow us to personalise
the content and recommendations you receive, as well as pre-select your preferred size
when browsing the Online Store. Please note that you need to be logged into your Online
Account to benefit from these tailored features.
4.4. If you have provided communication consent, we will additionally send you invitations to
special events, private shopping experiences, and tailored promotions based on your
interests and shopping behaviour.
5. Customer ID
5.1. Registered Customers receive their personal Customer ID via the preferred
communication channel. It is also shown in the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account.
5.2. The Customer ID is personalised and not transferable.
6. Notice of termination and termination
6.1. Registered Customers may terminate their HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account at any
time without observing a notice period by written notification sent to HUGO BOSS at the
address stated in Section 1.1 or in text form by email to
hugoboss-service@tradeling.com.
6.2. HUGO BOSS may terminate the HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account at any time
observing a notice period of 14 days. Rights of termination for good cause remain
unaffected.
7. Changes in range of services and Terms and Conditions
7.1. HUGO BOSS reserves the right to change or discontinue the scope or details of free
services offered or to offer them for a fee in the future. In so doing, HUGO BOSS will take
the registered Customer’s justified interests into account.
7.2. HUGO BOSS reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions with
future effect, particularly where statutory provisions so require or where this is necessary
for improving processes or preventing abuse.
7.3. HUGO BOSS will notify the registered Customer of the change in each case described
under Section 7.1 and 7.2 by email or in writing to the most recently
communicated
address.
7.4 The changes shall be deemed to have been accepted if the registered Customer does
not submit any objection to HUGO BOSS within six weeks of receiving the notification
or the registered Customer continues to use their HUGO BOSS UAE Online Account
after expiry of this period. In the case of any individual change in these Terms and
Conditions, HUGO BOSS will inform the registered Customer of the aforementioned right
of objection and of the aforementioned consequences of failing to submit an objection.
In the event of the registered Customer’s objection, the contract will continue under the
current conditions. HUGO BOSS is entitled, however, to terminate the HUGO BOSS
UAE Online Account with immediate effect and excluding all damages claims.
